10. In graph 4 we show a movement from a point under the PPF (indicating unemployed resources, such as labor) to one on the PPF. Unemployed resources don't change what is feasible, they only change what is actually produced. Therefore, a reduction in unemployment doesn't alter the PPF. By definition the PPF is the Production Possibilities Frontier, or the set of all possible outputs when all resources are being used efficiently with current technology. This is different from what is shown in 1, 2, or 3 where the PPFs actually change due to changes in available resources or improvements in technology or both.
