Production Possibilities Frontier - Education/Housing    The PPF + the purple shaded area underneath together make up what is often called the Production Possibilities Set, or all feasible combinations of education and housing.

The points that lie below the PPF (in the purple shaded region) are considered "inefficient," meaning, that not all resources are being fully utilized. (In this case we only mean non-polluting, fully renewable resources; we aren't at the moment dealing with situations in which it might be desirable for some resources to be unused. For example, points in the purple shaded region might indicate unemployed workers.)
