Unfortunately for our student, she probably can't move to a point
like B. Meaning, she probably can't improve her grades without giving
up some fun.
However, she might not have to give up all that much fun in order to get to a point like C. At a point like A she was hardly ever attending class.
She might well be able to move to a point like C (with a 1.5 GPA), simply by going to her classes; that is, by giving up 15 hours of fun. What if she wished to improve her GPA by even more?...
