Budget Constraints:    The graph to the right shows Clubs on the vertical axis and Movies on the horizontal axis. We will use this set-up to graph the available annual entertainment choices for some individual.

   The number of movies and the number of times our consumer can spend an evening dancing at her favorite club each month depends on the price of these activities and that portion of her income available for entertainment. A pair of these choices is called a consumption bundle or just a bundle. An example of a bundle in this case might be 5 movies and 4 evenings at a club.
