What can we say about points like G, in comparison to points like A or E? Not much, as it turns out. We know that anyone would prefer C to G because C has more fun and more grade points. However, to move from G to E means giving up fun, and to move from G to A means giving up grade points.

Even though G involves some waste, there may well be people who prefer G to A or even G to E; however, it seems unlikely that G would ever be preferred to C. Much of learning economics is learning what we can't say, as well as what we can.
